Solidiphi Financial (All Daily Trend) does not make any performance guarantees. All Daily Trend will not be held accountable for any technical errors, computer malfunctions, power outages, system errors, etc. that result in a loss/gain in your account. Although some of All Daily Trend's products/services are automated, it is your responsibility to ensure that the strategy is working properly. You assume full responsibility for any possible error. All Daily Trend allows you to cancel any subscription with a 30 day notice. All Daily Trend does not offer refunds.

The returns for trading systems listed throughout this website are hypothetical in that they represent returns in a model account. The model account rises or falls by the average single contract profit and loss achieved by clients trading actual money pursuant to the listed system’s trading signals on the appropriate dates (client fills), or if no actual client profit or loss available – by the hypothetical single contract profit and loss of trades generated by the system’s trading signals on that day in real time (real-time) less slippage, or if no real time profit or loss available – by the hypothetical single contract profit and loss of trades generated by running the system logic backwards on backadjusted data (backadjusted).

The hypothetical model account begins with the initial capital level listed, and is reset to that amount each month. The percentage returns reflect inclusion of commissions, fees and slippage; however, they do NOT include the cost of the system. The monthly cost of the system is NOT subtracted from the net profit/loss prior to calculating the percentage return.

If and when a trading system has an open trade, the returns are marked to market on a daily basis, using the backadjusted data available on the day the computer backtest was performed for backtested trades, and the closing price of the then front month contract for real time and client fill trades. For a trade which spans months, therefore, the gain or loss for the month ending with an open trade is the marked to market gain or loss (the month end price minus the entry price, and vice versa for short trades).

The actual percentage gains/losses experienced by investors will vary depending on many factors, including, but not limited to: starting account balances, market behavior, the duration and extent of investor’s participation (whether or not all signals are taken) in the specified system and money management techniques. Because of this, actual percentage gains/losses experienced by investors may be materially different than the percentage gains/losses as presented on this website.

The information contained in the reports within this site is provided with the objective of “standarizing” trading systems account performance and is intended for informational purposes only. The statistics on this page are calculated via the combination of three hypothetical data sets: 1. Backtested, 2. Tracked, and where available 3. Live. Backtested performance is calculated by running a trading system backwards in time, and seeing what trades would have been done in the past when applied to backadjusted data. Tracked performance is calculated by running the trading system forwards on data each and every day, and logging the trades as they happen in real time day after day. Live performance is calculated by running the trading system on live tick data for actual clients and tracking the actual buy and sell prices those clients trading the system receive in their account.

We use Live results to calculate monthly returns for any month in which clients were trading for the entire month, Tracked fills for those months in which there are no client fills for the entire month, and computer generated fills for those months occurring before we loaded the system onto our trade servers. The results are hypothetical in that they represent returns in a model account. The model account rises or falls by the single contract profit and loss achieved by the system in whichever data set is available. The hypothetical model account begins with the Sugested Capital listed, and is reset to that amount each month. The percentage returns reflect inclusion of commissions, fees and slippage; however, they do NOT include the cost of the system. The monthly cost of the system is NOT subtracted from the net profit/loss prior to calculating the percentage return.

Please note that the method of resetting the model account to the initial value at the start of each month creates a track record which is representative of the simple returns for each time period, but that it does not, by definition, show how returns would compound over time. Should an investor following said program trade a single contract indefinitely without also resetting their account to the initial capital amount each month, their performance will differ from the performance detailed herein.

Please carefully read the following statement before you use any automated trading features or functions of Trade Station. It is important that you read all of it. If you do not acknowledge and agree to all of the following, which includes assumption by you of all risks related to your use of Trade Station's automation features and functions, you will not be enabled to use those automation features or functions.

There are known and unknown risks involved in automated trading using Trade Station, just as there are with many sophisticated computer and Internet-based tools. Many of these risks are described or referred to in the Subscription Agreement and Customer Account Agreement to which you agreed when you opened your brokerage account, and on our Web site. We suggest you review those agreements, which contain assumptions of all of those risks by you, limitations of our liability, and certain disclaimers, before using Trade Station's automated trading features and functions. Specifically, in addition to all potential risks described in your Subscription Agreement and Customer Account Agreement and on our Web site, you should be aware of the following: (i) unless you elect to bypass the New Strategy Order confirmation window, no order will actually be placed unless you click the appropriate button in the New Strategy Order confirmation window; (ii) if a system or local "crash" or similar event occurs, orders that you believe were sent may not have been sent; (iii) if your screen is blank, or changes, for whatever reason, you should not assume that orders in progress have failed to be placed--they may have in fact been placed; (iv) data errors ("bad ticks") and other factors may cause unwanted orders or executions; (v) you must be very sure that you have validly initiated or discontinued automation when that is what you are seeking to accomplish. These scenarios are not intended to be exhaustive. There are likely several scenarios that could arise which may present risks in automated trading. You should thoroughly review all Trade Station documentation and tutorials relating to automation, and comfort yourself that you fully understand how it works (and doesn't work), before you begin to use it. Automated trading is for sophisticated, experienced traders who are very comfortable with computerized electronic trading.

You must read and agree to the following before Trade Station will enable you to automate your trading fully - that is, without you being required to confirm placement of your order in a New Strategy Order confirmation window in order to place the trade your automated strategy has indicated should be made.

Fully automated trading of a strategy - automated trading that requires no confirmation of the decision to place the trade before it is placed - is a tool that should be used only by sophisticated, experienced traders who are very comfortable with computerized electronic trading. This feature is NOT designed to enable you to trade without paying close attention to your transactions on-screen as they occur, as situations may arise that require your prompt intervention. For example, in the case of short selling, your order may be rejected because of market short sale rules. You certainly would want to be aware of this when it happened and react as you deem appropriate. For another example, the buying power of your brokerage account may be insufficient to execute a trade that your strategy has triggered. You would want to be aware of this when it happened, so that you have the opportunity to modify your strategy to a lower share volume, provide additional funds to your account, or take other actions you deem appropriate. Here is another example which illustrates a very important aspect of fully automating a strategy: IF YOUR STRATEGY REQUIRES PLACEMENT OF A LIMIT ORDER, AND A TRADE AT THAT PRICE OCCURS IN THE MARKET AT OR ABOUT THAT TIME, YOUR STRATEGY WILL ASSUME YOUR ORDER WAS FILLED, EVEN IF IT WAS NOT, AND PROCEED TO TRIGGER BUY OR SELL ALERTS ON THE PREMISE THAT THE ORDER WAS FILLED.
